Currently we ship only within India.
Chalk Studio is committed to delivering your order in premium quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and within the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
Chalk Studio offers FREE SHIPPING on ALL of its merchandise. We understand that you want to pick your favorite pairs of shoes without the added hassle of factoring in logistical costs. However, this may be subject to change in the future. So make merry while its free! (Don't worry, we shall strive to keep it free for as long as we can)
The cart prices during checkout are all inclusive. All taxes are included within the list prices (with the exception of Octroi, if applicable in your region).
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 working days (though we strive to make it reach you much before that). Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If you think that the packaging of the product is in a bad condition or seems to have been tampered with or damaged during the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
We follow very strict quality control measures to ensure that you receive your shoes in an untampered condition. In spite of this, if you find the shoes to be damaged upon opening the box, you can inform us regarding the same by calling our customer care at +91-11-45063575 / +91-8447575557 / +91-11-23536722 / +91-11-23550512 or emailing us with your Order ID at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt of the original package, we will ensure that a brand new replacement pair is sent to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us.
